Our Simply Sweet Dress and Pinafore is perfect for any historical event, at home or abroad!

The dress is made with long or short puffed sleeves, finished with a slip-over cuff, hem, or elastic ruffle; a simple hemmed skirt; and a Peter pan collar. Buttons down the front. Your choice of 100% cotton calico from our Fabric Choice pages.

The pinafore has a high yoked bodice that buttons in the back with two buttons. The bodice is lined and hand-stitched on the inside for no exposed seams. The very full, gathered skirt is open in the back and has a simple hem. The pinafore can be made in bleached or unbleached muslin to complement your fabric choice.

The bonnet has a crisp, stiffened brim that irons up smooth; the brim lining is carefully handstitched for no exposed seams. The long 'sun skirt' to protects neck, and wide soft fabric strings, 20-25" long, make a nice bow. The calico will match your dress (you can also request a contrasting fabric).

All garments are finished with hand-stitching, hand-sewn buttons, and made with prewashed 100% cotton fabric.
