This quaint dress is simple, modest, and comfortable. The dress has a simple hem finishing a long, full gathered skirt. Dress has a slightly raised waist and closes with buttons in the front just to the Skirt. Neckline has a Peter Pan collar. Narrow or wide tie-backs can be added to take in fullness, or just to have a pretty bow in the back!
